    This position is accountable for leading the Operational Finance team in managing the Organizations global strategic business plan, budgets and financial analysis, global product costing and gross margin reporting, impact of foreign exchange on the business, North America credit and collections, global operational accounting reserve policies and calculations.

    This position will also provide leadership and coaching to the accounting and FP&A teams. Specifically,1.

    Leadership Develop Finance team goals that are fully aligned with the foundation goals Lead and coach the team to recruit and retain high caliber staff Provide coaching, guidance and support, set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the Performance Management process.

    Ensure the team delivers the highest standard of departmental, cross departmental and cross foundation teamwork and customer service Ensure optimal deployment of resources to achieve business goals2.

    Management Reporting Financial management reporting for Senior Leadership and Board of Directors Work in conjunction with the IT group and Corporate Controller to ensure financial management reporting tools and processes are in place to support the ongoing and future needs of the business Develop and prepare a monthly Management Reporting Package Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required3.

    Budgeting and Financial Modeling Lead the annual business plan development, budgeting process, and building, managing, and execution of Long Range Planning Lead the monthly and or quarterly global P&L forecast process Provide ongoing financial modeling and analysis expertise to business partners.

    Lead the financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long term strategic initiatives and business plans Understand, calculate and communicate the impacts to foreign exchange to the organization4.

    Credit and Collections Ensure credit & collections group has a customer service focus and strives toward a decrease in the DSO Monitor and analyze DSO and aging metrics Determine if policies and overall credit limits provide the appropriate level of risk management Monitor and analyze DSO and aging metrics and provide commentary for reporting to Sr.

    Management and the Board of Directors5.

    Global accounting reserves Develop and or maintain global policies for inventory, warranty, accounts receivable and sales returns reserves Responsible for the Global review of accounting reserves and supporting metrics as well as the calculation of the North America reserves.

    Prepare global reserves summary memo each quarter that supports the organizations reserve levels.6.

    Global Systems, Policies, and ProceduresRecommend to Senior Management and or develop global operational controls that will help facilitate the growth of the company Participate in the IT Steering Committee to help guide the Organizations strategic technology systems and projects and their prioritization Ensure all policies and systems that the operational finance teams are responsible for comply with SOXRequirementsEducation Required:
    Bachelors in Accounting or Finance

    Education Preferred:
    CPA and/or MBA
    Work Experience Required: 7-10 Years relevant work experience

    On an ongoing basis, evaluate and prioritizes activities, focus people resources against key business prioritiesAlternative qualification :

    Accounting designation CPA and or MBA preferred 10 years working knowledge in accounting and finance with at least 6 years supervisory experience.
