- Current LPN license in Washington with 36 months of experience
- Ability to report abuse neglect and pass a background check
- First aid/CPR certification within 90 days
- TB test with negative results within 30 days
- State Driver's License and eligibility for Tribes' Insurance
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and long-term care
- Experience with Geriatrics and Chronic Diseases
- Ability to make independent decisions and work extra shifts
- Participate in admissions, transfers, and resident care activities
- Communicate effectively with physicians and follow care plans
- Ensure nursing personnel compliance and maintain accurate records
- Perform various medical procedures and handle resident transfers
- Coordinate new residents' admission and family orientation
- Notify appropriate parties of resident condition changes or deaths
- Address staffing issues and work independently
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, work all shifts and holidays
- Emergency preparedness and respect for resident rights
