    With a booming new construction business and the addition of several new builder partnerships, we have a strong need to grow our Builder Relations Team.

    The Nicole Freer Group is seeking a passionate, outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, customer-focused problem solver. We are looking for a Builder Relations Manager to grow our builder referral business on the North/Northeast side of Houston.

A real estate license is not required to apply but will be needed after your first 90 days.     Compensation:

    $70,000 - $200,000+

    Responsibilities:
    • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process
    • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
    • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
    • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
    • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team's professionalism and integrity in all situations
    Qualifications:
    • Passionate about selling
    • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
    • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
    • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
    • Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities
    • Must have a valid Real Estate License
    • Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
    • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
