    GENERAL PURPOSE


    Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team.

    Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

    Position:
    Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

    Hours:
    will consider part and full time candidates
    Monday thru Friday, no weekends or evenings

    Setting:
    Assisted and Independent Living Community

    Location:
    Minnehaha Senior Living, Minneapolis, MN

    QUALIFICATIONS
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Graduate from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program
    Current licensure as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified
    Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
    Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
