Key Accountabilities :

Developing a complete manufacturing machining process from condition of supply thru packaging for new product introduction and legacy productsThe ability to create G-code with both CAM and manual programming.

Comprehensive understanding of cutting tools and correct applications for themInitiate corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product qualityProviding guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniquesIncorporate Lean Manufacturing best practices and working in a culture focused on continuous improvementS upporting bid proposals for legacy and new opportunitiesBasic Requirements :

Associates degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with 7+ years experience working in manufacturing with CAM and G-Code programmingBachelors degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with 5+ years experience working in manufacturing with CAM and G-Code programmingMasters degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing/Engineering with 3+ years experience working in manufacturing with CAM and G-Code programmingIn lieu of degree, 9+ years experience of working with CAM and G-code programmingIn order to be considered for this opportunity you must be a U.S.

Citizen and have the ability to get DoD security clearance, confidential.


Preferred Qualifications :

Proficient in Siemens NX modeling, drafting and manufacturing and VericutKnowledge of Siemens 840D controllersExcellent understanding of geometric tolerance along with blueprints and specs5 Axis CNC programmingPioneer the next generation of innovation.
