Job Summary:
ITS, LLC is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity System Integration & Test Engineer to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO
The Principal Cyber Test Engineer will participate in a program which includes establishing methods and techniques, planning tests, develop test scripting, writing procedures and reports, and conducting tests utilizing comprehensive knowledge of these complex subsystems
Utilize a broad knowledge of engineering knowledge and apply understanding of principles of related engineering and software technology to ensure test validity and integrity
Conduct tests, which includes collaborating with others in establishing language, database, and computer simulation requirements and configuration management techniques
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and execute test procedures for verifying cybersecurity and information assurance requirements of a complex, software-based satellite ground control system.
Identify, document, integrate and troubleshoot cybersecurity-related issuesDevelop and implement automation using scripting methods or techniques
Support reporting and data analysis activities related to formal test activities
Travel to support the program
Travel not anticipated to exceed 50% (to Aurora, CO)
Integration/Test experience related to cybersecurity on a government contract including:
Experience preparing and executing test procedures to verify cybersecurity requirements of a satellite ground system
Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with script development (Python, Perl, CECIL)
Experience identifying and resolving issues with cybersecurity and information assurance policies
Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) configuration and management
Experience utilizing discrepancy report systems Education/Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
