- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing to support business initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing financial insights and recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting mechanisms and enhance data visualization to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required, including scenario modeling.
- Respond to inquiries from management and other stakeholders by providing timely and accurate financial information and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills
