    The Position:

    The Business Analysts at Culligan will play a critical role in enabling growth by optimizing business processes, identifying new technology breakthroughs, and leading successful execution.

    A successful Business Analyst will maintain a deep understanding of the end-to-end business process, monitor the system landscape to understand gaps in the current tools and, as relevant, lead the full process to select, implement, and successfully realize the benefits of a system or process upgrade.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of current state processes and system landscape for assigned department(s) and monitor key metrics to evaluate efficiency and pain pointsServe as a trusted partner of the assigned department(s), including understanding their business goals actively contributing to their initiativesMonitors end-user usage of systems and identifies trends or opportunities for engagement.

    Help design, document, and maintain system processesWork with business leaders to guide proper usage of the systems, provide training session/content to support end user utilization (New user groups or business functions)

    Coordinate and assist with new feature/functionality rollouts with support and communications to user groupsAssist with project management as assignedContribute to major project success within the department, when relevant, by leading as a project manager to coordinate inputs from the department, IT, external stakeholders, and executive leadership as requiredInterface on day-to-day basis with the business and IT stakeholders to triage and gather requirements for system changes, both incremental and transformational improvementsCollaborate with IT leadership on roadmap planning and prioritizationPreparing management reports to track status of deliverables, system usage KPIs and delivery progress against roadmapRequirements:
    A fast learner with an analytical growth mindset, curiosity and attention to detailResilient and high energy to drive to answers where not clearA great writer and communicatorWilling to work hard and take risksComfortable working with diverse set of business usersMust have:At least 5 years Business Analyst experience2-3 years experience working in or with , preferably Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds4-year degree in related fieldStrong experience generating requirements and process documentationPrior experience working with organizations such as Dealer/Franchise, OEM, and Retail business modelsStrong Microsoft Office and Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills including technical writingHumility to learn the business and current state processesEffective time management and value-based prioritizationHonesty and integrity in all facets of the role, owning and learning from mistakesMature presence and poise to engage with senior leadershipNice to have:Prior consulting experienceFamiliarity with SQL and/or PowerBIIIBA, PMI or PMI-PBA certifiedA proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancementsDeveloping solutions with best practice front of mindAbility to interpret technical specificationsUser training experience#LI-NY1
