    Job DescriptionSalary: $20/hour

    This person will be responsible for accurately and efficiently moving inventory through the facility. They will primarily replenish inventory from overstock locations to primary pick locations as well as consolidate and organize inventory on a first in first out basis. They will play a key role in ensuring all products meet the organizational requirements for warehouse replenishment. The forklift operator must adhere to all safety and performance policies. They will work with several other teams, including receiving and quality control, to understand the inventory expectations. Additional responsibilities include verifying inventory accuracy, quality control audits, assisting the picking team, and inventory replenishment. This person must have the ability to investigate product flow in any of the following areas: receiving, putaway, shipping, and replenishment. This person will inspect and document inventory discrepancies and inaccuracies as well as follow up on products released for putaway. This includes identifying packaging and/or labeling errors as well as inventory inaccuracies. This person will be responsible for documenting issues and reporting quality concerns to the inventory control manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Replenish, consolidate, and organize inventory
    • Record and report on quality issues
    • Participate in weekly status updates and identify process improvements
    • Conduct research when needed on items and communicate with the inventory control team
    • Participate in department committees and coordinate with inventory control manager
    • Ensure stocking locations meet organizational requirements
    • Replenish inventory into primary bin locations on a first in first out basis
    • Maintain inventory locations and replenishment priorities

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills - an ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
    • Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and management
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
    • Ability to accurately track inventory and read inventory reports
    • Working knowledge of WMS systems and processes
    • Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt well to change
    • Strong attention to detail

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma / GED
    • 1 + years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred)
    • 1 + years of experience working with data analytics software / Microsoft Office 365
    • Forklift experience (preferred)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
    • Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift
    • Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., freezer, dry
