Assistant Civil Estimator with Experience WantedReady to leverage your degree and four years of experience in civil engineering or construction? We're seeking an assistant civil estimator to join our innovative construction company and take your career to new heights We are looking for someone to Manage/lead the preconstruction/sales effort for assigned projects within the Contracting Division.

The PCE will primarily be responsible for setting up and maintaining preconstruction project records, subcontractor solicitations, scope estimating, and analyzing assigned projects.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUtilize your expertise to support in estimating costs for diverse civil construction projects, contributing to their success from conception to completionCollaborate closely with our seasoned team, learning from their expertise while offering fresh insights and perspectivesAssist in negotiating pricing and scope adjustments, ensuring competitive bids and client satisfactionEngage with clients and vendors, fostering relationships and contributing to business development effortsEmbrace ongoing learning and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertiseEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldFour years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with a focus on estimatingStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough cost estimationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and client interactionsA proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWe offer competitive pay and great benefits, including:3 weeks of PTO (paid time off) (120 hours)8 paid holidays (Eligibility begins on day one)
