As an EMHS Mental Health Support Specialist TSW-III, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of services to support the engagement and participation of youth in their treatment plans. Your role will include assisting with interventions that focus on skill-building and behavior management, as well as collaborating with licensed professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide intensive, one-on-one support to clients based on their unique needs and goals
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff members

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social or Behavioral Science required; 1-2 years experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills through at least 2 years related experience in child or family welfare services
• Proficiency in computer software including email, Microsoft Word, Excel; strong writing and verbal communication skills essential for report composition
