- Bachelor's in Engineering
- 2 to 10 years of experience in RF Engineering
- Excellent customer service skills (experience in a customer service is an asset)
- Passionate about new technology and telecommunications industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Provide RF and Wi-Fi technical support to customers' requests by phone, chat and email
- Document support requests using the case tracking system )
- Escalate support requests to product/development team and log issues/feature requests in our bug tracking system
- Creation/modeling of RF components for iBwave components database
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Job Purpose
As Software Support Engineer, you will help our customer base resolve and diagnose RF problems related to the use of our iBwave Design software. You will also be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction.

The range for this position is $82, $113,394.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
