Das ist Deine Rolle:

Als IT Business Analyst (m/w/d) bei Meypack bist Du mitverantwortlich für die schrittweise Digitalisierung unserer Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Analyse von Anforderungen und der Entwicklung von Lösungsarchitekturen, um unser SAP-System und angebundene Softwaresysteme optimal zu gestalten und zu implementieren.
Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Du analysierst in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen Geschäftsanforderungen zur Identifikation digitaler Optimierungspotenziale
Du entwirfst und implementierst Lösungsarchitekturen unter Verwendung von SAP-Technologien
Du konfigurierst und passt unsere SAP-Module an, um unsere spezifischen Geschäftsbedürfnisse zu unterstützen (evtl. auch ABAP-Programmierung)
Du bist Teil der agilen Durchführung und Überwachung von Digitalisierungsprojekten (Nutzung von Azure DevOps)
Du hilfst dabei, neue digitale Lösungen in bestehende Systeme zu integrieren (bspw. Ausbau / Anbindung des Dokumentenmanagementsystems d.velop d3)
Du schulst und unterstützt unsere Endbenutzer bei der Einführung neuer digitaler Prozesse
Du arbeitest mit IT-Teams und externen Beratern zusammen, um unsere Systemlandschaft zu verbessern
Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP, vor allem in den Bereichen Kundenservice (CS), Vertrieb (SD) sowie Projektstruktur (PS)
Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Lösungsarchitekturen
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Leitung von agilen Digitalisierungsprojekten (wir nutzen Azure DevOps als PM-Tool)
Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Problemidentifikation und -lösung
Flexibilität und ein breites IT-Wissensspektrum
Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
