• OklahomaCityJob RequirementsBachelors' Degree from an accredited physicaltherapy school.

Maintains a current Oklahoma Physical TherapistAssistant License.
Current BLS certification.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledgeable in Observation Levels as indicatedby patient behavior and risk of injury to patient and/or others.
Competent in maintaining ObservationLogs/Records.
Conducts environmental safety checks forpatients requiring 1:1 Observation.
Communicates changes in patient behavior orsafety to charge nurse.
