Job summary
The Billing & Logistics Coordinator plays a dual role in maintaining accurate rental contracts & billing as well as the coordination of evolving logistics.This position serves as the bridge between the sales/marketing team, the operations department, and the client — ensuring that every rental is documented, billed,
scheduled accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare issue and maintain rental contracts once a reservation is confirmed.
- Generate invoices and process billing updates as rental logistics evolve.
