Position Overview:

As a Commercial Superintendent, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of ground-up commercial construction endeavors.

The ideal candidate will possess recent experience collaborating with commercial general contractors in the Oklahoma area and a comprehensive grasp of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and project administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight:
Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and budgetary constraints. Supervise and guide subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to project requirements and quality benchmarks. Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and address potential challenges proactively.

Schedule Management:
Develop and uphold project schedules, collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Continuously monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate evolving project dynamics.

Quality Assurance:
Uphold rigorous construction standards and conduct regular quality assessments. Collaborate with project teams to promptly resolve any quality-related issues that may arise.

Safety Compliance:
Enforce stringent safety protocols to guarantee a secure work environment for all on-site personnel. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Communication:
Foster transparent and efficient communication with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Provide regular updates on project progress to management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:
Recent experience working as a Superintendent, focusing on ground-up commercial construction projects with a general contractor.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Thorough understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Residing in Oklahoma or willingness to relocate to the Oklahoma area.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
