Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related field.
5 years of relevant experience within supply chain, program management, commodity management or in a related role involving negotiating, identifying opportunities, selecting suppliers and/or implementing contracts.
Solid track record of project leadership and execute with significant and impactful results.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues, to initiate actions, and to make effective decisions.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Professional oral/written communication.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change with team members and at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated international supplier management.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
3 years of functional Sourcing experience, with purchasing experience specifically in Plastics.
3 years of experience in Injection Molding manufacturing or part development.
Working knowledge of Sourcing Systems and processes.
Plastic component New Product Introduction (NPI) experience gained while working in operations, research and development and/or manufacturing.
Demonstrated Lean experience.
Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
Up to 20% travel required for domestic and/or international travel to affiliate sites and suppliers.
Occasional teleconference attendance required outside of typical working hours.
