The Department of Anesthesiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time Clinician-Educator Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologist. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in clinical care andeducation. Clinical activities will include caring for patients at varying levels of complexity and acuity in the realm of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures,
including patients receiving heart and lung transplantations, mechanical circulatory support devices,
structural heart procedures, and other state-of-the-art surgical or interventional procedures.
- Fellowship Training in Adult Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology including echocardiography.
- Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Medical licensure in Illinois or eligibility for medical licensure in Illinois
