- Create & maintain partnerships with suppliers for goods and services to optimize inventory, maintain stable inventory levels at the best price. This includes raw materials, packaging, herbs, and MRO items.
- Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, and R&D teams to align & execute supply chain activities with demand from product launch to end-of life transitions.
- Focus on cost management and customer satisfaction by driving the creation and maintenance of KPIs for the teams under his/her direct supervision
- Strong data management skills are a must. Candidates must be able to independently build KPI tools to measure operational and financial performance.
- Familiar with ERP and MRP systems. Oracle cloud preferred.
- Able to identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Create & document supply chain management strategies that work across departments to increase efficiency and speed.
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production.

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for a client in Midlothian, TX.The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the day-to-day operations and managing plant employees working on multiple production lines.
This position will supervise, mentor, and develop a team of production associates to ensure that production deadlines are met efficiently and safely.
