    We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. As an Accounts/Admissions Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Welcoming and interacting with guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
      • \
    • Answering guest questions and offering assistance in a friendly manner.
      • \
    • Accurately processing transactions through a point-of-sale system, including proper cash handling in a high-volume environment.
      • \
    • Upselling guests on additional services offered at the point of sale.
      • \
    • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
      • \
    • Performing other duties as assigned.
      • \
    • Greet, welcome, and interact with all guests as they enter and exit the attraction.
      • \
    • Verifies and audits coupons, verifying coupon counts and sorting coupons by type.
      • \
    • Wraps cash and coins in preparation for requests for change and prepares and assigns tills for the day.
      • \
    • Validates the register tills from the previous day of business.
      • \
    • Separates, audits, and enters daily vouchers into the POS system and files.
      • \
    • Verifies and balances safe contents at the beginning and end of each shift and enters denominations on the safe log.
