This is an opportunity to become part of an organization focused on providing

system. Both Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are encouraged to

• 100% Outpatient with no call responsibilities

* 4-day work-week

• All ages are expected, but primarily adults and geriatrics.
• You can expect to be fully ramped in 6 months if not sooner, at your comfort level.
• Base salary is a range between $130,000+ and $136,000+ production bonus.
• Quality bonus of up to 7.5% of base salary

* 4 weeks of PTO

• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance of up to $10k.
