50% Travel (Asia + Eastern U.S.)
$90k–$130k base + 25% bonus (Flexible for the right candidate)
About the Role
We are seeking a driven, strategic Senior Sales Executive to join a growing manufacturing organization in Clearwater, FL.
This is a high‑visibility Individual Contributor position overseeing a $40M book of business with a strong focus on new business growth.
You'll lead all negotiations—pricing, contract terms, and major deal structures—while expanding current customer relationships and building new ones across the U.S.
and international markets.This role is onsite, offering the opportunity to learn the product directly on the manufacturing floor. For top performers, there is a clear path to Business Unit Manager and ultimately VP.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow a $40M book of business
Negotiate pricing, terms, and large‑scale contracts
Expand existing accounts and aggressively develop new customers
Travel internationally and domestically (~50%), with a focus on Asia and Eastern U.S.
Develop strong technical understanding of products by working onsite in the Clearwater facility
Drive strategic growth initiatives across both domestic and global markets
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required
Aerospace sales experience preferred (manufacturing sales experience considered)
Experience with international sales is a plus
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proven ability to generate new business and expand customer relationships
Ambition + leadership mindset—role is promotable to BU Manager → VP
