FCS CT Director, Global Manufacturing and Reliability Excellence

Responsibilities

Drive standardization and optimization of 'run and maintain' processes across global manufacturing assets, emphasizing productivity, asset utilization, and reliability.

Develop and implement a global manufacturing & reliability strategy to maximize asset reliability, profit margins, and optimize the global manufacturing footprint.

Mentor regional manufacturing and operations leaders to achieve strategic business objectives and financial metrics.

Collaborate closely with regional Vice Presidents, General Managers, manufacturing leaders, and global Operations Directors to meet annual sales and operating performance targets.

Establish consistent and standardized onboarding and training as part of a comprehensive plant training program.

Ensure risk is well managed at the manufacturing sites so supply is not interrupted by equipment reliability or capability issues, preventable HSE incidents, etc.

Maximize plant reliability and productivity while minimizing unplanned events and mitigating business continuity risks.
Ensure effectiveness of global work processes, Operating Discipline, managing processes and systems, enabling technologies and roles.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
12+ years of plant operations experience in a chemical or related industry (e.g., plant engineer, operations manager, maintenance manager, plant leader, maintenance leader)
7+ years of plant operations leadership experience (e.g., production manager, operations manager, maintenance manager)
Experience in multi-site leadership
Willingness to travel globally, approximately 30%
