    POSITION OVERVIEW
    HyzonMotors is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to support sales and channel partners.

    The Regional Sales Manager will be key in positioningHyzonto play a commanding role in the development of a Hydrogen ecosystem in the transport market.

    The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the President - Commercial.

    This position will focus on developing key accounts and recruiting, training, developing, and assisting channel partners to help establish and then grow market share and revenues.

    The Regional Sales Manager will also play the role of product expert in presenting to customers and training partners with key features, competitive positioning and selling strategies.


    RESPONSIBLITIES:
    Develop and grow revenue and market share
    Develop and support Channel Partner sales, fuel, service, and parts
    Communicate and regularly update President - Commercial on the market, Channel partner and pipeline development
    Become proficient in creating, presenting, and leading sales presentations
    Create and support quotes, pricing requests, for trucks, hydrogen, and service
    Help launch new products; develop launch assets and campaigns in collaboration with Product Management
    Support or participate in trade shows and training as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in Solution Sales in the trucking or technology fields
    Bachelor's degrees in business, marketing (Master's degree preferred)
    Experience working with multi-tiered sales organization, including direct customer sales and channel or distribution partnership sales
    Previous experience or knowledge of Hydrogen infrastructure and products, material handling or related fields.
    Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    Excellent interpersonal, communications and solution selling skills
    Results-oriented with a strong work ethic
    Experience working with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or other CRM systems
