    Vetted is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel job in Charleston, Illinois.

    Must have 2+ years of experience.

    This contract pays approximately $12,890/month gross.

    Assignment details:

    • Contract length: 12 weeks
    • Shift length: 8 hour shifts
    • Hours per week: 40
    • Start Date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities:

    • Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
    • Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
    • Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
    • Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
    • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
