    We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, Texas.

    As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests.

    You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring that all guests receive prompt and friendly service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
    • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
    • Ensure that all guests receive prompt and friendly service
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
    • Upsell drinks and menu items to guests
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
    • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a bartender
    • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
    • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • High school diploma or equivalent
