    Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

    We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team at HSS Hospitality Staffing Solutions in Cherokee, NC.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and processing Talent employees, working closely with clients to identify top talent and ensuring timely pay distribution.

    This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Employee Scheduling and Coordination: Support the office by handling incoming calls, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Document all candidate activity in our system of record.
    • Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Post open positions on job boards and ensure new hires complete required paperwork, including background checks and drug screenings.
    • Time Keeping and Attendance Monitoring: Assist with processing weekly payroll and collecting timesheets by deadlines.
    • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, availability, and contact information.
    • Communication and Collaboration: Respond to employee, field operations, and corporate correspondence. Build relationships with candidates, employees, and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruiting, staffing, hospitality, or related experience.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of employment practices in a diverse workforce and recruitment advertising techniques.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
    • Must be willing to undergo a drug screening.
    • Must be 18 years of age or older.

    We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and career growth opportunities.
