    The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

    We're looking for a Senior Travel, Expense and Card Services Analyst to join Snap, Inc Working closely with the Financial Operations Team, you will handle a wide range of operational and project support for our procure to pay, travel and entertainment, payroll, and order to cash teams. Along with operational responsibilities, you'll partner with stakeholders from across the Finance team to coordinate and execute cross-functional team initiatives that help us realize our shared department goals and deliver process optimization/automation.

    What you'll do:

    • Manage as a system administrator for the company's corporate card programs.
    • Maintain expense and card files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policy and accepted accounting practices
    • Assist in month-end close procedures
    • Assist with the management of email inboxes and ticketing systems to ensure that internal service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met and inquiries are responded to in a timely fashion
    • Provide support for internal and external audit and other ad-hoc projects
    • Assist in reporting and payment process for credit card and expense programs
    • Track and update corporate card reimbursements
    • Monthly expense reporting including aged expenses, accrual reports and other accounting support
    • Expense report auditing for policy and help to update our travel policies
    • Train new employees on company travel and card programs
    • Update our internal training and wiki sites when needed
    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors in a professional, confidential manner
    • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures
    • Experience in an international environment: multi-currencies, Experience leading multiple complex, large sized projects
    • Experience in participating in cross functional projects
    • Experience with Finance Systems ( Oracle or similar ERP systems)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Excel and Word
    • Able to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, high volume environment with competing priorities
    • Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
    • Experience with Concur or other T&E system
    • Occasional travel may be expected
    Minimum qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years Accounts Payable or Travel and Expense experience
    Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience with Expense system
    • Experience working with a travel company
    • Experience with Zendesk
    Compensation

    In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

    Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
    The base salary range for this position is $86,000-$129,000 annually.

    Zone B:
    The base salary range for this position is $82,000-$122,000 annually.

    Zone C:
    The base salary range for this position is $73,000-$110,000 annually.

    This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
