    As the Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our diverse portfolio of properties.

    This position requires a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the accounting team responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
    Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry regulations.
    Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
    Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial audits.
    Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
    Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and company policies related to accounting.
    Collaborate with operational departments to optimize revenue recognition, expense management, and cost controls.
    Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
    Supervise and train accountants and accounting clerks.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred but not a must.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
    In-depth knowledge of hospitality accounting principles, including revenue recognition, cost control, and expense management.
    Proven experience in supervising accounting teams and managing financial operations.
    Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and mentor team members, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    Adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
