    This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Main Line Health.

    As the largest nonprofit provider of behavioral healthcare in the nation, Sheppard Pratt teams with healthcare systems across the country so they can provide the highest quality acute psychiatric services in their community.

    What you can expect.

    This is a unique opportunity to provide part-time (32 hours per week) psychiatric healthcare in an outpatient setting and make a positive impact in the community.

    You will be based at Main Line Health's Mirmont Outpatient Center in Broomall, PA and Mirmont Outpatient Center in Exton, PA working with children and adolescents ages 14 and older with a mix of disorders.


    Specific responsibilities include:
    Conducting psychiatric assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, including history, symptoms, and present concerns.
    Formulating accurate psychiatric diagnosis based on clinical assessments and diagnostic criteria.
    Developing and implement treatment plans including medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based modalities.
    Monitoring clients' progress and response to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

    Working alongside engaged staff and administrators to expand Main Line Health's offerings and services for the child and adolescent population.

    Must have a current license to practice in Maryland at time of hire.
    Must be board certified or board eligible.
    Experience working with the child and adolescent population.
