- Encourage your driver managers to know their driver's welcome interaction with them
- Work with the Shop to ensure trucks are clean, safe and mechanically sound
- Make sure daily computer inventory is reconciled to physical inventory by knowing what equipment is on the yard and how long it has been there
- Utilize yard maintenance personnel to keep the yard well maintained and CTPAT compliant
- Be familiar with CTPAT obligations and ensure yard can always pass audit and is effective in application of CTPAT obligation
