- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Previous knowledge of measuring equipment such as microscope, calipers, micrometers
- Ability to read and interpret data
- Good manual dexterity
- Good problem solving and reasoning skills
- Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
- Ability to stand/sit throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Temp to hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm
- $22/hour
- Once hired on, Health/Dental/Vision insurance

- Complete assignments accurately and timely
- Communicate with others to ensure quality product and customer satisfaction
- Follow set procedures to complete assignments
- Data collection and record keeping
