10+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry (healthcare, big box, hospitality, education, federal, private or public, etc.)
Proven stability in your career working on commercial projects
Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
BS in Construction Management or related to (NOT REQUIRED, BUT PREFERRED)
