Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Venus, TX. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, supervising project teams, liaising with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements. Daily tasks also involve managing logistics, expediting materials, monitoring project progress, and performing inspections as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and Expeditor skills for effectively planning, executing, and delivering projects.
- Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of resources and efficient project workflow.
- Skills in Inspection to ensure quality compliance and adherence to safety standards.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with construction processes or experience in the construction or utility industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction safety regulations are a plus.
