    About the Role:
    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to join our team.

    This role is pivotal in helping our clients, particularly associations and non-profits, to select and implement the best technology systems.

    The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of business processes within these sectors and the ability to lead system selection and project management effectively.


    • This role is based out of the DC, MD, VA area and will sometimes require onsite work.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Deeply understand and engage with association members, streamline processes, and drive efficient achievement of objectives.
    Advise on and implement technology platforms like AMS, CMS, FMS, and LMS.
    Lead technology projects, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion.
    Engage with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and smooth project progress.
    Innovate and propose technology solutions, conduct research, and present compelling proposals to stakeholders.

    Preferred Experience :
    Excellent communication skills, with an ability to engage a room and extract vital information.
    Strong organization and planning skills, with a proactive approach and adherence to commitments.
    Project orientation with a blend of creativity for strategic goals and stakeholder engagement.
    Familiarity with functional-area management systems supporting association/nonprofit business needs.
    Experience with 501(c) industry-specific software and system implementation project management.
