- Pay Range:$26 - $29 per hour
- Work Location: Fremont CA (Full Time)
- Initial point of contact for computer users who have problems or need help.
- Provide resolution over the phone and/or in person.
- Configure workstations for new users, including network profile, email accounts, access to printing, and applications.
- General Helpdesk support for retail point of sale systems and related peripherals.
- Monitor and resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
- Support Microsoft applications and other internal day to day software applications.
- May require travel to sites within 100 miles from Fremont.
- May require availability on weekends and holidays as on call support.
- Associate degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years' experience within the information technology field.
- Knowledge about Microsoft Active Directory, O365, Teams, Office, SharePoint
- Hands on knowledge on Networking - Firewall, LAN, WAN etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to details.
- Fast learner
- Good Communication- verbal and written.
- Good Team player.
