Requirements:
Managers oversee shifts each week, ensuring that customers receive a quick, precise, friendly service during each visit. A Shift Manager offers guidance to the team and other managers during a shift to ensure top-notch Quality, Service, and Cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers carry out various responsibilities, including shift planning, performance monitoring, taking necessary actions to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and coordinating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a seamless shift transition.
Shift Managers may also be accountable for achieving targets during their shifts and supporting their restaurants in reaching their objectives.
As a Shift Manager, your responsibilities may include:
Prior leadership experience is desirable, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. We are seeking upbeat team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment.
You must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a manager.
