Welcome members and guests to the club with a positive and warm attitude take restaurant reservations accurately assist Front Desk operations ensure member experience meeting club standards tasks completed efficiently acknowledge anticipate guests needs responds promptly maintain positive guest relations all times inform managers Membership team any guest complaints requests problems maintain organized clean work area follow front office standard operating procedures resolve member guest problems quickly efficiently courteously expedite checkins departures provide concierge-type services update group information monitor prepare relay information staff members manage routing telephone mail messages maintain effective relationships communication other departments perform appropriate tasks assigned by Front Desk Manager.
