We are a growing property management company that manages single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties in the Sacramento area. We are seeking an experienced Handyman who can work a wide variety of tasks, in a range of settings, with a smile on their face. Getting the job done will always be important, however making people feel like they matter and you care about them, will be the priority.

This position seeks a versatile, detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills to assist in the upkeep and maintenance of client's properties. The ideal candidate must be willing to take initiative and be a reliable member of the team. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter.

$41,600 - $52,000 plus bonuses

In this role, the Handyman will work on a variety of tasks:

• Property inspections for health and safety and Move-In/Move-Outs
• Minor Repairs such as light carpentry and window blind installation, Closet Door installation, Lock replacement
• Simple Plumbing Repairs such as toilet or disposal replacement
• Smoke and CO2 Installation/HVAC Filter Replacement
• Trash pick up and debris removal, dump runs
• Yard Maintenance / Sprinkler Repair / Fence Repair
• Supervising or Monitoring the services provided by outside vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors

• US Work Authorization
• Some experience as a Handyman ( or Woman )
• Ability to document work performed
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, including power & hand tools
• Clean Driving Record and Criminal History
• Access to a dependable working vehicle ( mileage paid )
• Commitment to Excellence and to a schedule
• Willingness to be friendly and represent the company well
