    What You'll Do:

    As a Senior Product Manager, you will create, implement, refine, and maintain the quoting process and procedures across the Contract Manufacturing (CM) sites. You will execute on the overall product line strategy though collaboration with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will directly impact the profitability and growth of the Medical Device Contract Manufacturing product line.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Manage Pricing and Product Strategy functions across all CM sites to deliver maximum value for CM services
      • People leader for a growing pricing team of 3+ reports
      • Global responsibility to maximize profitability via value based pricing strategies and focus on core strategic markets
      • Develop business cases to support investment for new products/capacity expansion
      • Develop KPI's to measure department performance and plans to improve performance
      • Identify and implement rigorous procedures and process to ensure consistency across sites
      • Drive global best practices, including systems implementation for creation of quotations, price list and price increases
      • Centralize quoting for device design and development between Germany and Corona, CA sites
    • Develop global product line strategy that maintains alignment with the business unit, market and technology strategies.
      • Manage product portfolio and product life cycle to maximize financial performance and optimize complexity of existing product line.
      • Proactively identify low margin products and take action to improve margins
      • Develop competitive intelligence and counter strategies to maintain value and price leadership in the marketplace
      • Drive development of SKU costs with IS/Finance and Operations to enable improved business decision making
      • Partner with field Sales in support of Supply Agreement negotiations with strategic customers
    • Coordinate with IS and Data Analysis to create and automate sales and forecasting reports
    • Participate in supply agreement negotiations with sales and legal teams
    • Represent businesses with operations to maximize service levels to external customers
    • Ad Hoc reporting for Leadership Team

    Skills That Make a Difference:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
    • Minimum of 10 years combined experience preferably in operations, product management, finance or sales.
    • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; effective negotiating skills and strong team-building skills.
    • Demonstrated ability in examining issues, crafting strategy and influencing effectively across the organization, driving people, process and technology change.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and sound business acumen.
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approx. 30%.
