    Description

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Assist with clinical intakes to ensure medical necessity is met
    • Impact the treatment planning process from intake to discharge based on client diagnosis and needs present
    • Provide individual, family and group therapy, as needed
    • Maintain complete and accurate client records per regulations
    • Ensure services provided are necessary and evidence-based, and within the ethical and legal scope of practice
    • Coordinate care with other service providers, as appropriate
    • Participate in case consultation as indicated
    Additionally:
    • Lumera is 100% outpatient - no weekend, holiday or after hour calls
    • We assist with credentialing through major insurers
    • Consistent referral stream and call center support to grow your caseload
    • User friendly EMR with client management, scheduling and billing all in one spot
    To be eligible for this position, you must hold an active Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials:
    • Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP).
    • Previous experience in clinical counseling or social work setting preferred.
