    Responsibilities:

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES

    80% Responsible for providing leadership expertise to the Preproduction Software Engineering team IST

    Effectively manages the Preproduction Software Engineering team IST

    Allocates resources on projects required by internal and external clients

    Act as a mentor/advisor to new IDEMIA Technologies employees as directed

    Work closely with internal staff to assure compatibility with potential clients and to help establish initial contact and discussions with new clients

    *Manage employee relation issues to include recruitment 10% Ensure that development is done in a controlled and professional environment.

    Enforces proper setups, testing, and implementation processes within the team

    Ensuring proper support for production issues

    5% Organize and provide assistance in training employees as required

    5% Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ENVIRONMENT

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

    Bachelors or Masters Degree in related field and/or 3 - 5 years development experience

    Leadership Experience in a management role

    Must be able to effectively communicate in English with strong written and verbal skills to include general and technical documents.

    SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    Knowledge of payment card services and/or the ID Market is desirable

    Knowledgeable on various computer software development techniques

    Exercise excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and listening skills.

    Detail Oriented

    EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS

    Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge of various Windows operating systems

    Knowledge and ability to use reporting tools

    Experience with programming requirements for various card production machines is helpful.

    Minimum Travel may be required
