Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific CE (Consumer Electronics) segments. It will require strong relationship building with retail channel partners and sales, marketing, operations, and logistics.
This role will actively coordinate S&OP planning and identify risks and opportunities predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide concise and actionable analysis.
Managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners will be a major responsibility.
Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis, all while measuring daily and weekly sales achievement.
Responsibility:
Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
Manage and measure supply chain processes, including channel risk and shipping Performance
Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
