Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist D to work PART TIME to join our team This position will be primarily based in our Brooklyn store however transportation is needed to cover hours in our newly opened store in Hicksville Long Island As a Pharmacist you will be receiving incoming prescriptions reviewing them for accuracy and filling them with the correct medicine and dose You will also be talking with customers to help them understand their medications and possible side effects advising them on medication storage and maintaining a safe clean work environment The ideal Pharmacist candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environment has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is familiar with pharmaceutical best practices This part time pharmacist position has flexible hours and will work in coordination with our full time pharmacist on sight The position is approximately 30 hours per week including at least 2 Saturdays per month There is room for advancement and bonus pay based on performance
