    Job Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Lead technical planning and control, process development, and systems integration throughout the project lifecycle
    • Team with subject matter experts to architect new products and capabilities spanning hardware, software, forward and reverse engineering, and vulnerability research
    • Define program technical requirements, staffing and organization plans, technical baselines, technical review plans, and product integration plans
    • Capability validation and characterization including prototype bring-up, debug, and product testing
    • Provide technical contributions in your area of expertise
    • Lead and track project milestones within schedule and budgetary constraints

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Scientific Domain
    • Minimum 5 years with embedded system development spanning hardware and software
    • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the DoD and IC customers and missions
    • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management, development teams, customers, and stakeholders
    • Ability to work on-site at our Arlington, VA headquarters

    Nice to Have:

    • FPGA design experience with SystemVerilog / VHDL and associated tools
    • Strong programming skills in C/C++
    • Strong scripting skills in Python or similar
    • Familiarity with embedded system manufacturing processes (integrated circuits, PCBs, and electronic assemblies)
    • Knowledge of high speed bus protocols (PCIe, NVMe, AXI, , etc.)
    • Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (4G/5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, LoRa, etc)
    • Experience with Department of Defense qualification standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-883, and FIPS 140-2

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Active Top Secret US Security clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI
