- Mobilize all equipment under 19,000 tons
- Coordinates all 3rd party equipment moves for larger equipment
- Document all moves in the dispatch program
- Track and perform maintenance service on all owned equipment
- Make minor repairs of equipment and truck fleet
- Coordinate major repairs with 3rd party vendor
- Maintain small tool, safety supplies and consumable inventories
- As operations continue to grow this position may include managing direct reports
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record for 12+ months
- Ability to load and haul equipment utilizing a truck and trailer
- Ability to multitask and adapt to crew needs on the fly
- Knowledge of local equipment vendors and rental companies
- Must be self-motivated and ably to work independently
- Ability to work OT as required to service field operation needs
- Ability to solve problems and find solutions in a timely manner
- Willing to do whatever it takes to keep our field crews working
- Minimum age 18
