    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide expertise in statistical and/or epidemiological analysis to institutional researchers involved in various types of studies as designated by collaboration areas.
    • Conduct data QA/QC, data management, programming for data preparation, and statistical and/or epidemiological analyses utilizing standard statistical packages.
    • Conduct standard statistical and/or epidemiological analysis and generate analysis reports with graphical and tabular presentations, method descriptions, interpretation of findings, and valid inferences.
    • Operate under the general guidance of a supervising faculty member or designee.
    • Carry out other assigned tasks to align with departmental and institutional objectives.
    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
    • Minimum Education and/or Training:

      • Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, statistics, epidemiology or a related field is mandatory.
      • Master's degree is preferred.
      • Minimum Experience:

        • Essential: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience is a must.
        • Exception: Master's degree with no prior experience required.
        • Compensation

          In compliance with certain U.S. laws regarding pay transparency, St. Jude provides a reasonable salary range estimate for this position. The estimated current salary range for the Associate Biostatistician role is $78,000 - $139,360 annually.
