Job Summary

Hartmann is a residential treatment program for adolescents with substance abuse issues and/or co-occurring disorders. The Hartmann Residential Care Technician performs direct care services to promote, encourage, and ensure efficient operation of the Hartmann program, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of program participants.,
- Assist with daily living activities monitoring and providing support to individuals residing in a 24/7 residential trauma-responsive substance abuse treatment facility to ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals with respect to appropriate therapeutic boundaries. ,
- Facilitates life skills groups including education on personal hygiene nutrition money management interpersonal skills. ,
- Provides structured activities that promote socialization recovery wellness selfadvocacy development of natural supports maintenance of community living skills.
