- Case Types: Possibility for all case types.
- Credentialing: 60 days. Temp privileges given.
- Doing their own cases about 70% of the time.
- Supervision of CRNA's required
- Board Certification/Board Eligible: BC
- Current Virginia Medical License or ability to get licensure quickly (we can help you get this)
- DEA/CSR Requirements: YES
