Solugenix is assisting a client, a leading financial services company, in their search for an Escrow Support Processor. This is a 4-month contract to hire opportunity based out of Mesa, AZ (Remote).


Required Skills:
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Microsoft Office, Problem Solver.


Additional skills:
Customer Service Oriented, Team Player, Detail Oriented.


Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Degree Required:
Completed High School (Diploma or GED).
2-3 years related experience. Experience in the escrow industry is required.

Strong customer service skills Competent with Microsoft Office Experience with industry programs such as DataTrace and DateTree.

Strong email communication skills are needed.


Responsibilities:

Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.

Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.

Work is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.

May work on escrow openings and closings.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $19/hour to $19/hour.

Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
